Review: These nails are disgusting. I’m a long nail girl but have to have them short at the moment. I truly don’t understand how you mess up short nails w/a plain color. Look how fat & clunky they look. The nail shop is run like a sweat shop. They’re more concerned w/quantity over quality. I expressed that I’d like the nails a lot narrower & the tech said, “You have to tell me you want it narrow.” She wasn’t interested in helping, so I was just going to leave with no fuss. When I was leaving a tip for the woman who did my pedicure I explained why I wasn’t leaving one for the woman who did my nails & the manager just so happened to be there. I was floored when she said, “Ok, just don’t leave a tip.” All she cared about was that I was paying. They’re quick & decent enough for a pedicure, but if you care about nail shape & true customer service, go elsewhere.

Review: I’ve been a returning customer since 2015. I started out with Amy (she’s TALENTED), then moved onto Christine. I will never change my nail tech, because Christine always executes my vision. She’s kind & holds good conversation. She’s great at what she does, & most importantly she LISTENS to feedback— she will re-adjust & STILL do an excellent job.As a los angeles native, born in 90046, whether I moved to the east side of LA & now back further west— I always make time to get my nails done with Christine.xx Sam

Review: I love this place the staff is always so sweet and recognizes their locals which I always appreciate! I moved to West Hollywood a couple years ago and I would still drive back to where my parents live about 45 mins away to get them done there until I found this spot. I typically do gel pedicures and hard gel on my nails. I'm very picky about my nails I don't like them too thick and I don't like them when the shape is off I have my go tos for nails DON, KELLY AND KNOW CHRISTI, for pedi I love SANDY! What I really like is that they use quality products they don't rush through the services even when they're super busy I always call ahead to make an appointment but they do accommodate walk-ins with a short wait time I never feel like people bring their kids that are misbehaving in here either and I really appreciate that if there are kids inside they're usually getting a service. It's a very clean yet relaxing vibe! I love when I get my nails done here and my pedicures I really don't need to go try any other places because this is definitely my spot lol!

Review: UPDATE: it's been 3 days and I just removed the polish just to find multiple little scratches on my nails ( they're barely seen in the pictures but if you zoom in you'll see them). And look at the cuticles. It's only been 3 days. AVOID!!!!Just look at the pictures and decide for yourself( zoom in). They asked me to pay up front, which is always a red flag. I wasn't happy with my Mani so I asked to fix two nails, but the lady just put more polish on it. There's some polish left around my nails that I will have to remove myself. I could do a better job myself. It's very upsetting.

Review: Went to Butter nails for the first time today for a regular pedicure. Ten minutes in, I felt a sharpness when my pedicurist was cleaning my nails. I looked down and realized she had cut me and I was bleeding. If I hadn’t noticed or said something, she would’ve kept going hoping I wouldn’t notice. There was no awareness about how to deal with a bleeding cut, so I had to ask for everything and tell her not to touch that spot. Really disappointed in the lack of quality and having to leave without a pedicure.
