Review: As a longtime customer of this salon, my experience today was unacceptable and this isn’t the first time. With context, I tip almost 50% every single appointment just to always be yelled at or have my appointment forgotten when Linh is stressed. Linh does my nails every time and they turn out fine. Although they are old school and may forget my appointments made, the convenience makes me come back every month. I regret not attempting to find better.Today, my appointment was delayed almost 30 mins. Even when I came in, I still had to wait almost 10 mins. I asked linh 3 times to cut my nails down. Each time she acted like she heard me but never did it. It got to the color and when I asked her again, she got frustrated saying it will take another 15 mins. I settled and as she always gets frustrated from her back to back appointments. Truthfully, I was super upset as a paying customer that I’m not getting what I’m paying for. I proceeded her I wanted light blue but the color came out off. When I asked to change the color, she immediately tells me her next customer is here and “someone else” will finish my nails. She then asked me to go to the back of the salon. She literally made me get out of the chair I was sitting in and move to the back of the salon! At this point, I’m basically treated like leftover trash. I was told to finish my appointment with a different person because her customer had came in already. I’ve never ever felt so embarrassed and humiliated in my life. I simply can’t comprehend how I am always waiting but her next customer cannot wait 2 mins. I hate to say this but she bends backwards for all her older Caucasian customers and this is so clearly evident with the way she greets people at the door. I have no idea what I’ve done to be treated this way but the experience today is the final straw for me. Save yourself from this mess of a salon! She will pick up her phone calls and business calls every 2 mins and then get upset that customers are waiting! I wonder why!
