Review: When you pay for "elite" service, you expect at the very least considerate treatment. Given the cost of the membership, the way that customer service is handled makes it very hard to recommend to other people. They also fail to take accountable for errors.Susan, the barber, is fantastic. But they have serious process issues.

Review: Just wasn't that impressed by the experience. My guy was super nice and I love talking with him but I feel he rushed through it. Was supposed to be there for 75 minutes and was out in a little after 30!Stylist: My stylist was Erick and while a really nice guy and seemed into his job it just felt rushed. The shampooing, massage,a hot and then cool towel (that was nice). Something was just off...the girls (I didn't know the Echo Park store was women owned AND run)were just lounging around. I would have felt more comfortable in an all male (I know you don't discriminate)place like the posters and one on Santa Monica Blvd in West Hollywood is but they were closed that day. So I drove to Echo Park since they were open on a Monday. Plus I was supposed to get the "first timers package" and I don't think I got it. I won't be going back there again and maybe not Hammer &Nails even though there's one right up the street again.

Review: Tried out the First Timers package they had for a Men's Manicure and Pedicure. I wear boots most of the day; mainly steel toe, so I was a bit self-conscious about them 😅. The tech made me feel comfortable, didn't make a smirk, or comment about them and I felt comfortable. The seating arrangement is nice and cozy, I had my own TV to watch while I sat in my comfy recliner-like chair. They do in fact offer a glass of whiskey so that was great. The service was to the point, systematic, and relaxing from start to finish.I do plan on returning to try out their other services. Genuinely considering the membership or at the least becoming a new regular.

Review: Overall great service and very friendly staff. The one negative thing about my experience was the wash towels they used for hot face towel and wiping down manicure, the towels were old, dingy,, and rough. Services Men's manicures, Haircut … More

Review: Received the absolute best haircut from the absolute best barber Kennedy Meyers ( no offense other barbers). The amenities are outstanding and staff are friendly. I recommend this shop 💯 percentStylist: Kennedy "the spider" Meyers killed it. Best of the best.
