Review: I had an appointment scheduled with Lynn, but when I arrived, I was assigned to a different technician without any explanation. While they assisted me right away, they were pushy about upselling another service, even though I had booked a regular pedicure. In the end, they performed a service I didn’t request. My feet feel soft, but I wish they had communicated better and respected my original choice.

Review: Hands down the rudest staff I have ever received a pedicure/manicure from. Zero greeting or smiling. The only time they talked to me was to try to press up sell costs. The salon itself is filthy dirty, walls dirty, floor dirty, just gross. I just moved into the area and this is within walking distance so I thought I would support local and try it out. Never again.

Review: DO NOT GO HERE! I got my nails done here 2 weeks ago as a treat to myself. The service was mediocre at best. I got a gel pedicure that was not worth the $42. The woman asked if I wanted callus remover, for extra of course. I told her no thanks, don’t you guys scrub feet? She started to pass a plastic scrub sponge over my feet as softly as she possibly could, no force or effort. While she did that, another woman started to do my hands for me. At one point the woman sneezed and spit shot out onto her face and she reached for me to continue working on me. I asked her to wash her hands, which she did and then noticed her face which she then cleaned. After she washed up, I let her continue. It was a messy acrylic application and I had to ask her to clean the extra acrylic off of my skin. She was patient and attentive so I give her that. I left unimpressed & ready to leave my experience behind. But today I removed my acrylics, and I have fungus on not ONE or TWO fingernails but ALL TEN! I wouldn’t have left a review at all but this is unacceptable! And prior to this acrylic set I haven’t had my nails done for over a year, and my nails were healthy when I came into this shop!

Review: Basic gel mani at a last minute appointment before a wedding. The staff were quick and efficient in getting me in and out, but also did a great job of being thorough with my nails. My nail tech was detail oriented and even up until she put on cuticle oil, she was checking my cuticles from every angle to make sure they were clean. She did try to upsell me on a salt soak but when I said no she didn’t push. Overall a great spot in Silver Lake - would definitely come back!
